Zur Zeit bestehen die CHORKIDS ILLERTISSEN aus 56 Sängerinnen und Sängern im Alter von 11 bis 16 Jahren. Mit viel Freude und Engagement proben diese Kinder bzw. Jugendlichen einmal in der Woche je nach Stimmgruppe zwei bis vier Stunden. Fünfmal im Jahr gibt es Intensiv-Probensamstage und einmal im Jahr Intensiv-Probentage im Allgäu. Der Chor hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, anspruchsvolle Chorliteratur verschiedener Stilepochen zu interpretieren. Dabei möchte er sich bewusst von vielen Klischees wenig kultivierten, schulchormäßigen Singens distanzieren und ist bei der Programmgestaltung darauf bedacht, dies auch nach außen hin sichtbar und hörbar zu machen. „Popularmusik“ ist Bestandteil, jedoch auf keinen Fall substanzieller Grundsatz der musikalischen Arbeit. The Peninsula Girls Chorus strives toward a high level of musicianship paired with sensitive interpretations of music from a variety of genres. In our quest to become global citizens of the 21st century, the PGC performs both locally and abroad. We provide a valuable resource to our local community through assorted outreach performances and we participate in prestigious domestic and international music festivals. In addition to musical benefits, the PGC offers opportunities for the development of leadership skills, higher-order thinking, discipline and self-esteem. Each singer in VanDeca comes from a different musical background, shaping who we are as a group. Having only been in existence since November of 2011, this group has big plans to shape the face of choral music in Vancouver, encouraging our audience to feel connected with our performances through multi-genre pieces, and using movement and amazing sound to inspire others to become involved with their local choral groups.  less

Its mission is to enrich, inspire, motivate and engage the children, not only of the church, but the entire Barracks community in sacred songs among other value oriented musical works which have positive, uplifting and inspirational messages. It's the group's vision to inspire a life-long love for good music and church leadership in the young singers through the pursuit and enjoyment of musical and other artistic excellence. Children from ages 6 to 18 residing in Accra with consent from guardians are given the opportunity to join through auditioning. Its membership currently stands at 65. The Choir sings during communion and lead congregational singing during Sunday School anniversary. Blue Spirit Vocals ( http://www.bluespiritvocals.co.uk/ ) are a New and exciting Youth Choir from Bristol formed in January 2010 and already has over 50 members. These amazingly talented youngsters perform beautiful, uplifting music. The repertoire is an eclectic mix of music ranging from folk to musical, traditional and popular in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Their confidence, infectious enthusiasm and passionate singing make them enchanting to watch.
