This short film is the inaugural work of Darma Cendika Catholic University students. Hati, Melody, and Natal tells of a student who has migrated to Surabaya to forge an education. The student is active in the Student Choir Activity Unit. After going through several semesters, the student has a very deep longing to be able to meet his mother. All participants are vocally trained, some of which at music academies. The ensemble prepares concerts twice a year, singing highly diverse repertoire, ranging from renaissance compositions to contemporary music and everything in between. TIEN cooperates with several conductors, each specialized in the repertoire and theme chosen for a programme, e.g. Fokko Oldenhuis, JanJoost van Elburg, Felix van den Hombergh, Sanne Nieuwenhuijsen and Nicky Bouwers.  less
