The Choir has 20 experienced singers and performs between four and seven concerts each year, singing a variety of music from classical to light music. We receive children...  moreOctava Children Choir was founded in 2009 as a part of St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School, located in BSD Serpong, South Tangerang. This is a group of kids who study in the school and as an extracurricular program for the children. We receive children from the 3rd till 6th grades. The Choir is conducted by Fanny Kristianus Kalensang and till now is the one who is in charge of all OCC's activities.

Performed by the Concert Choir and Men's Auxiliary ensembles of the Girl Choir of South Florida. Artistic Director: Wallis Peterson, Accompanist: Gayle Giese. Stars that spill on a melting stem of brilliance down to earth, make landfall here like swans who are burnt by flight. We find an orphan of ashes, a child of chilled obsidian: in the middle of winter we nurture the seeds of stars. On days of silver light at the end of summer, they’ll lift away to resume their long migration. You who’ve been told There’s nothing, nothing to be done, you who have come to a place of broken stones, remember us who have sparked a star from dust, and seen its wings ignite the darkling sky.  less
