SINGERS:
Valley Chamber Chorale members are talented singers committed to a high standard of performance. Just as our Concerts display a dynamic diversity in programming and instrumentation, so do our singers reflect marvelous variety.
Our members are educators and students, physicians and attorneys, stay-at-home moms, clergy, pilots, corporate executives and professional musicians. Some have sung with The Chorale for more than 30 years – some have sung just a year.
Chorale members tend to be actively involved in The community and sing with The group as a way to share The gift of music with our St. Croix Valley audiences. There are those who travel as far as 40 miles and some who walk down The block to meet for our Monday night rehearsals. The group is very welc... less

TRANSLATION:
Listen!
Faraway centuries, on The shores of Estonia
There once began a song.
In The language of moThers, The spirit of faThers
it was carried across to us.
In sonorous language, in The spirit of a million
it lives on.
This song began in a dusky time and was born
from The work of voiceless ones.
This song was born in a lowly house and it
rose as an oath in The night.
.
A powerless clan began listening,
The song was good for The Soul,
for it spoke a heavenly story,
that freedom must come to Them.
And The powerless clan awoke,
and felt The heads on Their shoulders.
This song will not die, nor this story,
this song for us is good.
I stepped out to start my voice,
ringing on The rocky hillside,
lifting up The celebration,
cheering up The ring of friends.
I know my friend... less

Through dedication and hard-work, The Harmonious Chorale has carved for itself a niche and an identity which has provided mentoring opportunity for many choral groups in and outside Ghana, staging over thirty five (35) well executed and attended Concerts in Ghana alone.
In 2018, Harmonious Chorale became Champions of The World Choir Games (Category C28) during its maiden participation in Tshwane, South Africa. It also picked up three Gold Diplomas in The competition. less
