Founded in 2008, Northern Lights Chorale is an auditioned ensemble based in the northern suburban area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. NoLC is an auditioned chorale of community members who rehearse weekly to provide a quality choral experience and explore new repertoire through a collaborative and persistent group effort. Destaca-se em sua trajetória a participação em importantes eventos internacionais, como, em 2007, o 7ª Festival Internazionale dei Cori em Clusone, Província de Bergamo, na Lombardia, na Itália, com apresentações na Chiesa Parrocchiale de Rovetta e no Chiostro dell'Abbazia de Pontida e o XV Festival Internacional de Corais de Criciúma em Santa Catarina. WYV is run by a team of experienced volunteers who give their time freely to be able to pass this experience on - the team consists of two primary school teachers, two doctors and a critical care nurse! Warwickshire Young Voices provide high quality musical activities for children from age 2 to age 16 through a range of classes, choirs and workshops. In all activities, Warwickshire Young Voices prides itself on professionalism - with performances reaching the highest standards. The choristers looked at the formation of the choir as further development to their shared roots from singing with the Limburg Cathedral Boys Choir. They also looked to continue the tradition of successful male chamber choirs founded by former members of Limburg Cathedral Boys Choir, which is unique in Germany. The ensemble has committed itself to presenting the audience with unfamiliar male choir works of the highest level, but without neglecting the traditional canon of compositions, which makes for a exceptional combination. The repertoire includes a range of the following: Gregorian chants, works of old masters, romantic motets, contemporary compositions, arrangements of jazz and pop songs.
