Though founded and based in Whitby, our membership is made up of residents from all over Durham Region and the GTA. We truly represent and reflect the diversity of the Region in which we perform. The choir currently numbers 70 to 80 choir members ranging in age from 18 to 80.

The choir currently has around 30 members, with Martin Weston as musical director. The choir's repertoire is wide and varied, with many Songs taken from shows and films. We also Sing sacred, gospel, jazz, pop and world music, with the odd novelty number thrown in! We perform at many events in Lancashire and Merseyside, including two main concerts each year at Rainford Parish Hall, plus charity events and private functions.  less

We are an amazing community of people who love to Sing,have fun, learn music from all different genres represented in Musical Theatre repertoire. We work all season to put together one huge year end show, staged and in a theatre. Our season goes from September until May.

Mandskoret of 1914 are a group of adult, personable men who like to Sing, from the experienced to the new Singers. Mandskoret av 1914 Mandskoret er en usedvanlig sprek 100 åring, og er Haugesund eldste mannskor. I Mandskoret av 1914 er vi en gjeng med voksne, omgjengelige menn som liker å synge – fra de rutinerte, til helt nye sangere. 
 Mannskor mer enn bare sang Det handler om opplevelser knyttet til deltakelse, måten vi tar vare på hverandre og den spesielle sosiale aktiviteten.
