EnChor began singing togeTher in The fall of 2005. We are an auditioned group of approximately 32 singers, coming from a broad cross section of The Calgary and area community. EnChor proudly highlights The work of Canadian artists, and includes Canadian content in every concert. An important part of our directive is to collaborate with fellow Calgary artists. We have shared our concerts with Paul Rumbolt and Friends, Players Ensemble, The Calgary Men’s Chorus, The Calgary Renaissance Singers, Foothills Brass, One Accord, Youth EnChor, Corps Bara Dance Theatre, Cum Vino Cantus, UofC Orchestra, Calgary jazz musician Gerry Hebert, and story-teller Jan McLean.  less

Every year Dziesmuvara takes part in international or national choral competitions. Since 2013 The choir has travelled to Poland, Lithuania, France and Czech Republic and all around Latvia. Dziesmuvara also participates in The Latvian Song Celebration festivals and occasionally teams up with fellow university and youth choirs to sing togeTher in concerts. The more, The merrier!

Being one of The most Popular and sought after groups in Israel,...  moreEstablished in November, 1994, “Jeanne Rabin’s Ensemble” has consistently been an outstanding group on The Israeli choir scene in its level of performance, its repertoire, and in its energy. Being one of The most Popular and sought after groups in Israel, "The Ensemble" has had innumerable performances of every sort and has participated in various festivals (including "Abu Ghosh" and "Festival Arad"), competitions (winners of "Shirat HaAretz 2001" and gold diploma recipients at "Sulam Mila 2002, 2004, 2006), official Israeli national and municipal events as well as a long list of private productions. Their repertoire leaning is towards “Pop” (songs by The Beatles, Sting, Queen, Billy Joel, Aretha Franklin…), Israeli oldies and modern Hebrew “classics” which contain that "special something": On this list can be found songs by Shalom Hanoch, Yoni Rechter, Daniel Salomon, Yonathan Razel, and Yaruslav Yakobovitch.
