Yon Monn Nouvo (A World Anew)
Open your ears and listen,
Hear and listen, my friends.
Open your hearts and hear,
Hear and listen, my brothers:
Both you and I are full of dreams;
You help me and I help you.
That is how we will come to build a world anew.
“With many hands, the load is light."
“One finger alone cannot eat okra.”
Knowledge and wealth are goods of humanity
That we must share in true fellowship.
These are statements that bring happiness;
Words of wisdom that make life harvest.
We are, each one of us, seeds of eternity
That sprout and bloom in our humanity.
Let us all work together for a world anew,
A world more humane, a universe of love.

Our strength is in our repertoire and our ethos. We sing songs of protest, passion and celebration throughout the ages from all around the world. Leaving no generic stone unturned, our repertoire is wildly eclectic and deeply funky; songs to make you laugh, stomp your feet, shiver with harmonic delight and keep coming back for more!
Our Musical Director Kirsty Martin explains our vision: “We believe that collective song is a strong and versatile instrument that can move mountains. We stand out from the sing-along choirs and the corporate choral businesses as a bold creative force; an equitable, exploratory and enjoyable musical community who share and perform innovative vocal music together with a palpable and infectious joy. We’re willing to go where no choirs have gone before! We are the music makers, ... less

This children's chorus quickly became one of the most dynamic choruses in the city.
The Kinderchor, which means "children's chorus" and the Jugendchor, which means "youth chorus", attribute their success to the dedication to the children. Membership is open to all children regardless of nationality, recognizing the shared German heritage so prevalent to Central Ohio. While our focus remains the children and the children's choral music, gatherings and trips are planned to include the entire family. We aim to share not only the fun of German singing, but also to impart the joy of German hospitality.
The children's repertoire is tailored to meet the needs of growing voices and... less
