The Choir has pieces from different ages,... moreCorISTAnbul is a mixed a cappella Choir formed by the Music director and conductor Arda Ardases Agosyan to perform a cappella pieces in the Music literature. However, it also sings with instrumental accompaniment. The Choir has pieces from different ages, languages and styles in its repertoire. It gives both Turkey and world premieres of songs. It premiered the concerto Romeo and Juliet, composed by the conductor Agosyan last year. It is the first of its kind in that it is for double bass solo and mixed Choir.

SoundRoutes Singers have performed to sellout audiences at venues across the local region and in 2012 recorded our debut EP Changing Key. The groundbreaking project was in conjunction with Addiewell Prison Choir, also run by Shona Brown, Britain's first prison Choir and over £3000 was raised for Shelter Scotland. less

The Choir was established in 1996 (originally in the Lehava High School for Girls) by singer/choral conductor Nomi Teplow with the goal of bringing together girls with Musical ability to work on a highly professional level and produce a wide variety of vocal Music. The Choir is comprised of 25-30 girls from areas throughout Samaria ranging in age from 13-18 years.
The Shir-El Choir performs in concerts and at vocal conventions across the country bringing fine singing, rich harmonies and words of hope, faith and love of Israel to a broad range of audiences. The Shir E-l Choir has won first place several times in the national choral competition for high school Choirs sponsored by the Israel Ministry of Education.
