Its goal is to provide a quality opportunity for choral Singers to learn or improve Their craft. The chorus sings a wide variety of music, including classical, spiritual, folk, Broadway and old standards. The group presents two concerts each year – at Christmas, and in The Spring. It has performed with The Temecula Vintage Singers, and for The Temecula Arts in The Country festival, as well as many local appearances for deserving organizations. The chorus rehearses and performs in The Temecula area. The chorus is one of The Resident Companies performing at The Old Town Temecula Community Theater. All women are welcome, who can carry a tune and love to sing. The chorus is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with Tax ID: 20-1694150.  less

We are located in Oslo an has a very broad repertoar from medieval to contemporary music. We sing in many languages and in many genres; classical, church music, romantic songs, folk music, jazz; with our main focus in classical music. We have been singing for 15 years and held concerts in several European capitals. Taking our singing seriously, we are a very social Singers who likes to perform with oTher choirs or musicians.

The Sierra Boys Choir is The New revival of The Sierra Boys Choir in The 1970s, which was active in The Reno/Sparks/Carson City area and directed by Stan Burke. When Mr. Burke joined The Mario Singers and left to move to Long Beach, CA, The choir was disbanded and a hole was left in The local arts and culture scene. The revival of The choir is a project (and passion) of Nathan Lundholm. Our goal is to provide musical and artistic opportunities to The boys while teaching Them to be generous and thankful members of The local and global community. Our aim is to be fun and entertaining on many levels, from practices to shows, even to social events on The town. In August 2009, Mikko Sidoroff started his work as The choir’s conductor. The choir’s repertoire mainly consists of a wide variety of a cappella songs. The choir can be found performing in Turku as well as oTher cities many times throughout The year. Traditionally, There is a quartet concert in January, a spring concert right after May Day (Vappu) and an advent concert in December. The TYY Choir has participated in many venues outside of Turku. The choir represented Finland in The international choir competition in Coleraine, Ireland in 2006. It was most recently awarded The OPUS KLASSIK in 2021 for The music film „STIMMENÜBERLEBEN“ (Anne Frank: A Living Voice) and The „Kinderchorlandpreis“ of The Deutsche Chorjugend for very good children‘s choir work. The choir also won several first prizes at The German Choir Competition and at international competitions in Warsaw/Poland, Venice/Italy, Helsingborg/Sweden, Neerpelt/Belgium, The Harmony Festival in Limburg, The Johannes Brahms Festival in Wernigerode and The Vienna World Piece Choral Festival. The style of singing is more 'pop' than classical and The choice of music reflects this, with The repertoire including show-tunes, popular songs from The 1930s to today, as well as classic barbershop arrangements. There are strong links to musical Theatre in that most songs are choreographed, and performing skills are a key element in making a song work. We rehearse every Tuesday, 6:30pm-9:00pm, in central London between Kings Cross and St Paul's. Mozart, J.A. García, J.S. Bach, G.F. Haendel, and so on. In 1995 The young Sergio Asián takes charge of The choir direction leading it to offering its first concert in June 1996.
