Its aims are to rehearse and perform a wide variety of music to a high Standard, and to engage with The local community, both in its membership and by bringing top quality performances to The local area and beyond. We also plan to have a lot of fun doing it!We don’t hold auditions and are delighted to welcome new members of all voice types and experience levels.

The group works mostly acapella but has also performed in oTher styles, such as big band. The group's repertoire ranges from Israeli folk to American Jazz and British pop. The emphasis always being on tight harmony, even balance and a clear unit sound. The Yakinton Octet is truly a singer's group, consisting of eight friends who work as a democratic group with no professional conductor.

Warwickshire Young Voices provide high quality musical activities for children from age 2 to age 16 through a range of classes, choirs and workshops. Under The musical direction of Kevin Fox (UK) and The baton of house conductor Erez Tal, Vocalocity performs mostly original arrangements of a range of cutting-edge rock/pop/Jazz music. The singers, all of whom come from a background in modern a cappella, range in age but are mostly around Their 20s-30s. After a fruitful year, including 3 full-house concerts and several festivals, working with leading acapella masters such as Line Groth and Eric Bosio, collaborating with leading arrangers, composers and artists and recording for The upcoming Swingle Singers CD, we are looking forward 2015 with a visit to Aarhus Vocal Festival and creating some new recording and video clips of our own. A year before, There was already a male Vocal group consisting of six members called MIKE 6, The establishment of which was inspired by a US Vocal group TAKE 6. Voxtet was basically formed by subsequent addition of female singers to MIKE6. The formation of Voxtet started out with nine persons but, during The first three years, it ca me down to The current six members. Most of The singers in Voxtet have Their musical background in various choirs. Some of Them still sing in Jihlava’s famous PS Campanula choir. 1999 Voxtet’s first concert took place on 31 May 1999 in Jihlava’s Horácké Theatre. From Then on, Voxtet’s performed at various minor events as well as its own big shows. 1999-2001 At The beginning, Voxtet was remarkable especially due to The absolute lack of a distinct dramaturgy.
