It was originally formed by Ben Camaso as JCSV Chorale, a name patterned in accordance to The Jaime Cardinal Sin Village Community, which in that time was newly constructed, located at Punta. Sta. Ana, Manila, where The parish is situated. Before, They compose of only girls, singing melody of The songs of The Holy Mass. A year passed, Virgilio Deloso handled The choir, and divided The girls into two voices, The Sopranos and Altos. It was not so long that The group acquired male participants filling up all The voice sections of a chorale.
Shortly after, JCSV Chorale was Then disbanded to give rise to what They now call The Munting Himig Chorale, having more than 20 god-endearing and angelic-voiced youth of Punta. W... moreThameside Harmony has been in existence for over 30 years. A ladies' a capella four part harmony group we have our roots in barbershop but sing all sorts of music from old Standards and barbershop classics to mega pop hits by groups like Abba and Queen. We perform sing outs for local groups in our area of Hampton in South West London, and take part in local fairs and festivals. Our weekly rehearsals on Wednesdays are a fun evening of singing, chatting and having fun togeTher. We are always open to having new members. Experience is not required, nor is The ability to read music as we have 'teach tracks' with The songs in your part on (tenor, lead, baritone or bass) and access to These are given alongside sheet music.
From time to time we run singing courses or open evenings for which There are no auditions. Vox Camerata, has, since its inception, organized and participated in numerous performances. Its maiden recital was held in November 2004 at The function room of The Kg. Ubi Community Center. Since Then, Vox has gone one to bring its annual Musica Intimœ series of concerts to The Legends@Fort Canning, as well as The Esplanade Recital Studio.
Apart from regular recitals, Vox Camerata also performs in various collaborations with oTher organizations, as well as guest performs in various events. Vox Camerata has previously collaborated with St. Margaret's Secondary School in The musical 'Anne of Green Gables' which was performed at The University Cultural Centre. Òran began as an alumni offshoot of The Kokopelli Youth Choir, but it has since developed into a group made up of young adults from all over Edmonton and The surrounding area. Each brings a different viewpoint to The group, but all are united in Their passion for singing. The choir stresses The same philosophical goals as its younger counterpart, striving to achieve musical excellence and artistic integrity, as well as combining new interpretive techniques with more traditional choral expertise. Above all, The group is dedicated to sharing joy in song with each oTher, with oTher choirs, and with audiences around Edmonton and across Canada. Alla Polacca Children and Youth Choir is affiliated with The Teatr Wielki/Grand Theatre - Polish National Opera in Warsaw. The choir consists of 200 choristers performing in four age groups. The choir was founded three decades ago by Sabina Wlodarska, a recognized music educator and student of maestro Stefan Stuligrosz. In 2014, Anna Bednarska took over from Sabina Wlodarska as Alla Polacca's conductor and artistic director.
