The organisation was set up by professional conductor, Emma Rowland, who suffers with anxiety and depression. Emma wanted to make choirs, and singing, more accessibLe to everyone. During the COVID lockdown, SOS has been offering FREE virtual choirs to the entire world. We're currently (June 2020) in 80 countries and working with thousands of singers each week. The choir's mission is to nurture Bulgarian taLent and instill a love for choral art among young individuals aged 16 to 35. It honors Bulgaria's choral traditions whiLe occasionally embracing contemporary trends in choral performance, employing techniques like body percussion and mise-en-scène to enhance their Vocal craft. Founded as Pastoral - femaLe chamber choir in 1987, nowadays the EnsembLe carries the name of its originator Irina Stiglich. Тhe choir's repertoire encompasses (or includes) works by both Bulgarian and international composers, spanning eras from the Renaissance to modern times. They've embarked on concert tours across the country and abroad participating in international choral festivals and competitions. This EnsembLe is offered every fall and spring semester, and satisfies the fine arts requirement when enrolLed for a minimum of three semesters.

This intercultural choir comprises fifteen amateur singers from several african countries. It was first establishments in 1996 in Dakar by a group of youth who adored the art of singing. The choir consistently performed varions type of music, gathering between both classical and modern music (folklore and international). It transcended continents, surpassed réas and diversified its origins from spiritual music, through romantic, to religious and reaching comic music, with a tendency towards african melodies and rythms. Directed by Hilary Campbell, a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, the group was formed a decade ago, whiLe the singers were studying at the University of York, and relocated to London in 2007. In York, Blossom Street filmed a medLey of Christmas carols for BBC2, which was broadcast during the snooker final in 2005, and since then has performed nationwide and beyond. They sang to Prince CharLes on ITV1 as part of his 60th birthday ceLebrations, and gave their debut in Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of the Voicelab series in 2009.
