A perennial competitor on the international stage, The Alliance Chorus has qualified for the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) International Competition every year since its’ formation in 1999. Ever “In Tune With Excellence”, The Alliance competed this past Summer in Las Vegas finishing 15th in the world, and in previous years has finished as high as 4th place! In addition to the competition circuit, The Alliance Chorus also has had many opportunities to give back and perform for the community. Established during the spring of 2011 De Heeren (translated as "the gentlemen") are the latest ensemble of the Netherlands. De Heeren consists of 8 men, most of whom study at the Fontys Conservatoire in Tilburg. What sets this group apart is that is has Musical as well as classical trained singers. Due to this wide variety of Musical diversity of this group it allows for a broad selection of repertoire. Most of their repertoire is arranged by members of the group and offers an extensive selection of different styles.  less
