Founded in 1989 by Mr. Albert Morland to provide an opportunity for ex-members of the Wonderboom High School choir to continue singing together after matriculating, it has since evolved to include members from a broader community that come from various backgrounds and professions (including law, accounting, nursing, teaching and IT) and are between 18 and 65 years of age.
The choir has toured and performed across South Africa during the past 30 years and has an established reputation as a warm, friendly and “no-fuss” group with good choral sound who are just as comfortable performing at nursing homes and other charitable events as they are performing alongside the best choirs in the world on International stages, for instance, at the 10th World choir Games in 2018, where they took home a silver medal (79.5%) in the champion’s category for mixed adult choirs.

As a part of the historic community of Worcester Cathedral, the choir has gained a reputation for musical sensitivity and ground breaking performance.
The choir was founded in 1998 by its musical director, Stephen Shellard, in order to draw together a group of high quality singers from the local area to develop a concert repertoire and further enrich the choral tradition of Worcester Cathedral. The establishment of the choir made history as, for the first time since its foundation nearly 1000 years ago, Worcester Cathedral included women's voices as a part of its musical life. less

I’m Going all the Way lyrics
Whatever it takes to make it… (uh –huh)
I’m going all the way! (yeah yeah)
I may be down sometimes… (uh –huh)
But I won’t be down always! (no no!)
I’ve had some problems
Heartache and pain
Tryin’ to find the answers
‘been rackin’ my brain
Oh but as I thought about it
Began to come clear…
To get myself together
Go on from HERE…
chorus
Whatever it takes to make it…
I’m going all the way (Oh yes I am! Oh yes I am now!)
I may be down sometimes (yeah yeah)
But I won’t be down always!
Now I know better,
It’s time to move on
My determination…
Is what keeps me strong!
Oh I believe in myself
Like never before!
Faith is the key…
To unlock the Door!
Chorus
Whatever it takes to make it…
I’m going all the way (Yeaaaaaahhhh!)
I may be down sometimes (Sometimes…)
But I won’t be down always! (Not Everyday…Some days…oh but not Always!)
