Six Degree Singers has featured in events all around the D.C.-metro area, including the Silver Spring Loy Krathong Thai Festival and the Chesapeake-Potomac Invitational Bonspiel, an annual curling event, and was recently selected to perform in the closing concert of the Kennedy Center's National Choral Festival in 2014. As a registered non-profit organization, Six Degree Singers also participates in outreach activities at various charity events and retirement communities. less

I’m new to singing in Choirs. Does that matter?
Absolutely not! VOCALIZE: Blackheath welcomes singers of all abilities and experiences, and the songs will be taught in a variety of ways to suit each singer.
Is it OK if I can’t read music?
It’s not a problem at all. We anticipate that some people will read music fluently, and some won’t know their a cappella from their ensemble. Our skilled conductors will guide you through the music in a number of different ways, and before you know it, you’ll be s... less
