In recent years it has frequently collaborated with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra. Other recent projects include Schnittke’s Concerto for Choir and Rachmaninov’s Vespers. VIVA!’s choirs include: the Preparatory Chorus (ages 4-6); the Junior Choir (ages 6-10); the Main Chorus (ages 9-16); the SATB chamber Choir (senior high school, university students and adults); and the non-auditioned VIVA! SINGERS: Valley chamber Chorale members are talented singers committed to a high standard of performance. Just as our concerts display a dynamic diversity in programming and instrumentation, so do our singers reflect marvelous variety. Our members are educators and students, physicians and attorneys, stay-at-home moms, clergy, pilots, corporate executives and professional musicians. Some have sung with the Chorale for more than 30 years – some have sung just a year. Chorale members tend to be actively involved in the community and sing with the group as a way to share the gift of music with our St. Croix Valley audiences. You don’t need previous experience or know how to read music and there are no auditions! Our choirs are a safe environment to sing your heart out and have fun. We have choirs in Lewes (Mondays 10am), Hove (Mondays 7:45pm) and Shoreham (Wednesdays 10am)  

We are made up of 3 different choirs - Mixed Chorus, Treble Choir, and Concert Choir. All of our members are students at Port Huron Northern High School and range from 13-18 years of age. We all share a love of music and create joy through singing together.
