BUMC Jazz Choir 2008 members, The winners of The IKSV Young Jazz 2008, who have boosted Their success by attending to The most prestigious a cappella contest in The world, 'Vokal Total', in both pop and jazz categories and won 2 'Silver Diplom's and also have sung many times in many festivals such as The 15th International Istanbul Jazz Festival and The Akbank 18th Jazz Festival.
They also gave special concerts with Sertab Erener (ESC 2003 winner). The group carries on with Their professional musical careers under The name “Istanbul Essence”.
In July 2010, Boğaziçi Jazz Choir returned back to Turkey with 1 second prize, 2 third prizes and 3 gold diplomas from The 'WORLD CHOIR GAMES' in China which is being shown as The biggest and The most prestigious choral music event, being held with nearly 40000 participations from 90 countries.

He was also The former conductor of The "Chamber Choir of The High Institute of Music" in Damascus, and The conductor of The "Urjwan Choirs" in Tartous.
