The group performs repertoire that expresses a uniquely feminine spirit, especially works that promote the best interests of women in society. Vox Grata sings concert programs that directly benefit the needs of women in the Nashville community. The singers also enjoy the opportunity to mentor exceptional high school and college-aged women who participate in the choir as part of its choral scholar program. is).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less

The objective was to bring about musical performances (of choral works by foreign and Nigerian composers) of sufficiently high standard for international consumption, within the limitations of national resources. It has performed many times on Radio and Television and has featured on many State, National and International functions. It was the nucleus of the Nigerian National Choir for FESTAC 77. In November 2003, the group featured at the opening ceremonies of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Abuja, and the recent Nigerian centen... is).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less

The ensemble is celebrated both nationally and internationally for excellent musical interpretations originating in its quest for the deepest sources of inspiration: from lyrics, through harmony, texture and form, to individual feelings of the conductor and choristers. The choir was established in 2005 by Bartosz Michałowski, a long-time assistant to Prof. Stefan Stuligrosz, founder of the famous "Poznan Nightingales" Boys´ and Men´s Choir of the Poznan Philharmonic. Conducting experience acquired during numerous concerts with the Poznan Philharmonic and Sinfonia Varsovia orchestras played a crucial role in the establishment of the young artist's own ensemble, which soon found recognition among organizers of prominent competitions and festivals. Winner of Grand Prix Awards at major choir competitions (2006, 2007 and 2010), the ensemble has also earned a number of special prizes... is).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less
