Members of the Choir come from the multi-cultured community around the Klang Valley. The BAVE Chamber Choir is part of the BAVE Community Choir. BAVE Community Choir was launched in 2015 as part of BTSM’s outreach to the community. Both the Community and Chamber Choirs are part of the Broadway Theater Society Malaysia’s activity groups. Members of the Chamber Choir will have to first be part of the main Community Choir. The BTSM is a non-profit organization, formed to promote performing arts in Malaysia by the community, for the community. BAVE maintains a strong policy that “Everyone Can Sing”. The tagline for BAVE is “NO AUDITION & NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED”. The Choir is non-auditioned but members who join will have to commit to rehearsals and group activities. Eaton, RES has played a leading role in Edm...  moreRES is dedicated to the enjoyment, study and performance of great choral Music, to an international standard of excellence, and to fostering the appreciation of this Music. Founded in 1951 by the late Richard S. Eaton, RES has played a leading role in Edmonton’s cultural community for more than six decades. In addition to presenting its own concerts, the Choir is a regular guest of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and collaborates frequently with other Edmonton ensembles, including the Alberta Baroque Ensemble in this performance. It has also collaborated with other Canadian Choirs in the past, including the Calgary Philharmonic Chorus, the Vancouver Bach Choir and the Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir. This past summer RES embarked on a two week tour of Germany, highlighted by performances at the St. Thomas Church in Leipzig, where Bach was Kapellmeister for much of his career.  less

(Www.africanyouthChoir.org) This biennial project is organizing a technical course with cultural exchange during a Summer camp for two weeks in an African country. Then the Choir is prepared to perform in major events in Africa, or to represent Africa in major festivals included in the global agenda of choral singing. The desire is to gather young singers from around Africa for integration through song, to enrich their cultural diversity, to to become messengers of peace on the continent and throughout the world, but also a model of multiculturalism. 40 singers from 10 african countries are selected after testing (16 to 26 years old) and work with an experienced conductor.
