The heart of Dozan wa Awtar Music Establishment is singing and community building. Major activities revolve around three groups: Dozan wa Awtar Singers, Dozan and Atfal Dozan. Dozan wa Awtar Singers is an innovative large community Choir ranging from 40-60 singers that performs three main concerts a year. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of genres including classical, musical theater, Arabic and world music . Dozan is a chamber Choir that experiments with new Arabic arrangements and other world music and specializes in smaller tailored performances as well as festivals and competitions. We enjoy entertaining and competing, and have a lot of fun, whilst constantly working on improving our sound. We always welcome visitors at our rehearsals, and are always happy to recruit new members. The chorus is a member of the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers (LABBS)

MGC travelled widely in Europe and had a high standard. In 2003, we changed our name to Manx Voices. We love singing to community groups, in church services and concerts. We compete in our local music festivals and have sung on stage with Blake. We are a very democratic, mutually supportive group of women ranging in age from 10 to 70!  

Composer: Darius Lim Greendale Chorale's performance of 'The Magic of Wizard Devenza' in National A Capella Championships 2011. It was held at the Arts House on 14 August 2011. Greendale Chorale was awarded 'Silver' and came in 2nd in the 'Choir Category'.
