Belle Canto was the first choir formed in the Cantilon family and remains its only adult ensemble. In touring and recording, Belle Canto has distinguished itself as one of today’s foremost women’s ensembles. Originally a group of university students, the choir now consists of amateur singers from all walks of life. Belle Canto particularly enjoys exploring the contemporary repertoire of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia and has recorded much of this repertoire on their disc, Invocation.  less

We sing most typ...  moreWe are a choir of about 40 people, based in the City of London near St Paul’s Cathedral. 60 years after our foundation in Hanover Square, we are still Making great music and continuing to attract some of the liveliest people in London. We sing most types of choral music, and have occasionally dipped our toes into both jazz and folk repertoire.  

We are an informal community choir who sing a broad variety of songs. We meet every Tuesday at 6.30pm in the function room of the Bell Inn, in the heart of the village of Chittlehampton in North Devon.

In 2012, the chorus organized and performed five shows of a grand scale original youth choral musical “Like. So?”. the musical received positive comments and the chorus was even invited by renowned pianist Ms. Nancy Loo to an interview and performance in her RTHK 4 Radio Program “Cantilena”. Vox Camerata, has, since its inception, organized and participated in numerous performances. Its maiden recital was held in November 2004 at the function room of the Kg. Ubi Community Center. Since then, Vox has gone one to bring its annual Musica Intimœ series of concerts to the Legends@Fort Canning, as well as the Esplanade Recital Studio. Apart from regular recitals, Vox Camerata also performs in various collaborations with other organizations, as well as guest performs in various events. Vox Camerata has previously collaborated with St. Margaret's Secondary School in the musical 'Anne of Green Gables' which was performed at the University Cultural Centre.
